Jesus became flesh and dwelt among us!  (John 1:14)

One night a little boy was frightened by a rainstorm and called out to his parents and told them that he was afraid.  He said, “Daddy I am scared!” “Son,” his father replied, “God loves you and He’ll take care of you.” The little boy said, “Dad I know that, but I want somebody who has skin on!” That is a great description of what happened on Christmas Day.  On Christmas Day, God was born with skin on.  His name was Jesus.  Tomorrow, we celebrate that birth.  The birth of the Messiah.  The great promise of Love is what we celebrate.  The promise of Christmas is filled with an unshakable love and hope that God will see us through.  God’s solution for all of us is that we all would believe, repent, and worship the One who came to this earth to die on the Cross for you and me.  “He became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory.  The glory of the only begotten Son of God.  “Oh, come let us adore Him…Oh come let us adore Him…Oh come let us adore Him…Christ the Lord!” Let us celebrate this birth of Christ.

I want to wish you a very merry Christmas!

Blessings!  Pastor Charles
